Why is Travel Advisory for Pakistan Important?
Travel advisories are important for any country, not just Pakistan.

Travelers Coming to Pakistan
So, where can Pakistan get its travelers from? The most likely sources are our neighbors. Oh, I just remembered we don’t do well with any of them. Let’s discuss each of them:-
Iran Tourists
No one would be coming over because they don’t like the way Pakistan has been playing second fiddle to Saudi Arabia and creating problems for them. Also, they are under sanctions and would not want their already dicey passport to be dealt a death knell by visiting Pakistan.
Indian Tourists
A big no–no. An existential threat to Pakistan would never allow their citizens to step foot in a country they are trying at every forum to destabilize and the core reason is acceptance of the Muslim way of life by the Racist Hindu majority in India.
Afghanistan Tourists
Next in line is Afghanistan. The name says it all. Pakistan already has 3 million illegals, why would we want more
Chinese Travelers
Last is China, but they are beyond the 8000-meter-high mountain ranges the Karakorum up north. Also, there is no positive advisory pasted all across the internet, like the Westerners have done with a negative one.
Pakistan Travel Advisory by Allied Countries
In fact none of the Pakistani allies like:-
- Turkey
- Malaysia
- Saudi Arabia
have positive advisories posted on the internet, for random people to go over.
Just take a look at these damning travel advisories of Western Countries ( Effective from 18th February 2020) and there is no chance for any gora to set foot here.

Pakistan Ranking on Travel Prospects
This is an advisory travel site that ranks countries travel prospects because of advisories and they rank Pakistan at a borderline 3.6 out 5, not to travel.
Travel Advisory or Arm Twisting?
So, Pakistan has to arm-twist the Westerners to ease off the travel advisories or else the smaller countries would also not let their people leave for Pakistan.
Social Media Influencers are not effective
A trickle of social media influencers will not help.
The alternative is to forget the westerner and concentrate on internal tourism, which is thankfully booming.
Conclusion
Pakistan needs Western travelers, as the country’s people are desperate for some income to run their homes. Since negative travel advisories on Pakistan are because Pakistan’s corrupt elite tries to play power games in the world that it cannot handle and is also not elected by the people, it would be extremely unfair to the Pakistani people to be slapped with a travel ban
