Aroma people are really hard to reach; I don’t know how they handle their clients. The CEO is not reachable at all and the employees don’t give much attention to clients.

- They have very good reviews from their clients or customers.
- Aroma has been in this business for quite some time now.
- They handle Hajj Umra mostly.

Talked to one of their employees in the finance department Zohaib 03368728357 and seemed to be reasonable to talk to. He had nice things to say about the company, especially the professionally crafted packages for travel abroad that they give to their clients. This is what he had to say,

Their Visa services are the best in the business as their USA Visa has never been rejected.
Their employees are very experienced and take pride in their work.
They are about to get their IATA certification.

The hotels and the facilities they confirm are the ones the client gets.

They are,
- Kumail Baloch sahib as their executive.
- IATA certified.
- Highly experienced in 20 years of travel service.
- Fatima Farooq travels only does foreign travel tours and not inside Pakistan, yet.
- They book their own ticket and ID and do not hand over their customers to other agents.
- Fatima travel agency has Excellent Reviews on Google.
- Ziaraat and Umra tours are like all others, except that they do not do Hajj yet.
- They have two offices in Rawalpindi, one in Gulzar e Quaid and the other in Bahria town.
- Fatima does packages for the western route, Europe and the USA sector, etc., but their strength is countries close by.
- The usual routes are Singapore, Dubai, Malaysia, and Thailand, etc.
- They give access to the customers of their online travel booking portal that reduces the cost of Air Travel and hotels. They call it B2B.
- Now that they have committed to booking for Europe and the USA, It’s nice to see that they book Cruises in Europe as well. It is well worth trying.
- I like the fact that the CEO is reachable and is not elitist or arrogant. This is good for customers.

Assistant Manager Zahid Mahmood 03218528309 is very good at dealing with clients
- Askari Travel and tour agency has a full itinerary of travel destinations outside of Pakistan. They even arrange for South Africa and Egypt, which is a brilliant idea.
- Askari Travel does not handle Ziarat of Iran and Iraq but does Umra packages of Saudi Arabia.
- For the USA and the UK, they only arrange ticketing. Visa is the clients’ responsibility.
- Besides tours outside Pakistan, they also arrange Visa, Airline ticketing, car rental service, and Travel insurance.
- There are a few travel destinations in the North of Pakistan that they do arrange like Naraan and Gilgit Baltistan, but the locations are not extensive.
- This all makes them a limited travel and tour agency for Pakistan.
- I have placed them higher in the best travel agency list just because they are related to the Pakistan Army which is known as a no-nonsense organization and Askari is synonymous with that image.
- It also means at Askari Travels and Tours, you would encounter more bureaucracy.

Waqar Mahmoud is their owner who can be reached at 03000651990 and seems to be a cooperative person.
Bliss travels have been around for 4 years and are very enthusiastic about their clients.
He says that they try to handle both domestic and international travel, even in the USA and UK.
Their main focus is international travel.
The CEO feels that other travel agents do not give the client a complete solution in travel, visa, transport, and Airline ticketing and hotel reservation, which Bliss travels, does.
Right now they are focusing on Turkey and the UK because of the Corona restrictions elsewhere.

Omar travels says they have been in operation since the 1980s in Islamabad.
- They arrange domestic as well as foreign tours.
- I haven’t heard much of Omar travels in domestic tours, so I wouldn’t recommend them.
- As f0r foreign tours, they are limited to the countries close to Pakistan and Middle East.
- I don’t’ see them going to Europe and the USA, the difficult western destinations.
- The website says they handle all the foreign missions in Islamabad. I need to check.
- Very extensive presence on Facebook.
- The comments of their unhappy customers in Google are not too flattering and the response is even worse. Maybe the Islamabad arrogance has gotten into them.

Call at 03008549992 Jamshed Agha (Owner) is a very busy man and difficult to get hold of and a bit cranky.
The best ways have been arranging tours abroad to Turkey, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, and Indonesia for Pakistanis for quite some time.
They have an extensive presence on the internet.
- Their website say that they handle Seychelles in East Africa too, but I doubt it.
- The best way travel agent is IATA certified.
- They have 30 years of experience in the travel agency trade.
- Best ways people have many offices across Pakistan Islamabad and Rawalpindi but serve clients from all over Pakistan including Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot, and Peshawar.
- Do call them before going over as their different offices cater to different kinds of clients. For example, the Rawalpindi office only does ticketing whereas the Bahria town Islamabad office does travel and tours.

The owner is Sarfraz Ahmad and is a little hard to reach. However, the person on duty says that they are available 24 hours for the following.
Hotel booking and ticketing for the USA and UK, less Visa.
They do not work on the Hajj, Umra or Ziaraat packages.
For domestic tours, they only book hotels and arrange vehicles that’s all.
Presently they only focus on Dubai, Singapore, and Malaysia.
They have a lot of presence on social media.
The website however says that:
- Sky Travel and tour agents have more than a decade of experience in handling travel issues.
- They are based in Islamabad and offer Hajj Umra, travel in the neighborhood, and Air ticketing service.

This is what I gathered from their internet presence:

- A very expanded travel and tour agent in Pakistan.
- Their website says that they handle everything from Western Countries to Asian Countries.
- They even have special packages displayed.
- The CEO even has a blog and a VLOG. This shows he is serious about his business and it shows.
- Then the best part is that they have western festivals displayed with the schedule on their website for travelers that want to party on the western countries.
- Premio travel has excellent reviews on their portal, especially mentioning the travel agent that dealt well with them.

Rehman travels are an online travel and tour booking agent based in Islamabad.
Rehman travels is the only B2B travel booking portal or gateway as they call it, allows for booking online by the client using their own credit card.
I don’t know how well it works for Hajj and other bookings outside the country since you need to talk face to face with a travel agent to tell them exactly what you want.
Rehman Travels book tours for Greece, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, Azerbaijan, Jordan, and Russia is their wild card.
They handled lots of Sikh Yatris recently too.
They are based in Islamabad as it is just a travel booking portal.
